I don't know what Sherwood is talking about when saying he's managing superstars. That's actually what Chelsea's problem is. They have no superstars. This is arguably the worst Chelsea team in well in excess of 2 decades. All good having a few good players defensively, but in midfield and attack and as well as the keeper, they have a lot of bang average players. How much did Havertz cost? He is so overrated it's unbelievable. Also. Forget about top 4 and league titles. The issue Potter faces is that his team are literally not playing football. Their form is relegation form. They don't create chances and don't have shots on target. If they were solid and seemingly improving but nowhere near top 4, you can make arguments for keeping him. But Chelsea have regressed disastrously since he took over. They seem to just be throwing hundreds of millions at 'potentials' in the transfer market. Chelsea usually always had one or two standout players even when not winning. Now, they have zero standout players.
