  1. What is long term in football? It means absolutely nothing, especially when you look at how many managers have been sacked this season. Certain clubs have even had 3 managers just this campaign. In all honesty, even planning for one year when it comes to managers seems fickle. If he wants to continue for next season, give him the job. There is zero guarantee that anyone who replaces him with do any better let alone last any longer.
