Only get one career, fella. Most of us wanting to change jobs don't get held vs our will if we want to move. They have to do what is right for themselves.

@kingmonde As a Milan fan, I have to disagree on best performance. Dida saved not one, not two, but three penalties in the shootout.

@ashyknees653 to you it doesn't. To me, it was the greatest night of my life.

@Beyondqqq its Ramsey's fault to get injured? What is this? Nazi Germany? Ramsey went to a team that was above his level! He didn't force juventus to pay him what they pay him! All footballers get paid a lot! Get over it!

@serpounce5134 to me, it was the greatest performance! He made saves, keep a cleansheet and also saved three pens! But you probably weren't even born then!

@Beyondqqq What about the umpteenth number of players who want to see out their contracts, but are told that they're surplus to requirement and have to leave? These things work both ways. Lewandowski works in the private sector. He doesn't owe anyone anything. It is his career. You're blaming Ramsey for agreeing to a dream move? Do you think he wants to be injured, and not perform?

@zanussidish8144 there is no guarantee bar redundancy if you're let off! I'm been with my current employer for nearly seven years!

@Beyondqqq but nine times out of ten they don't! They're moved on! And if they do stay, they become a pariah!

@zanussidish8144 which bit? In the uk, employers can't provide guarantees per say! But if you're there for over a certain amount of time and its their decision to let you go, they have to agree a redundancy package with you! My previous role was for Jacobs and I was a contractor! Now I'm working for a pm consultancy and full time! Our employment laws are quite strict but generally we can also let people go within their six month probation period! But they still need to be given two weeks paid notice!

@Armsby5134 Yes he did. Not his fault the referees didn't notice. Buffon did too.

@danmack8456 yes I'm talking about 2003! Still was the best keeper in 2005

@zanussidish8144 Here in the UK when it comes to normal employment, that isn't how it works. Even if you're in an FTC (fixed term contract), the employer can still cancel the contract. They're though required to give you usually one month's notice. The best arrangement is to be a permanent employee or what is called PAYE. Because if you can survive beyond the initial probationary period, you'll have to go through the redundancy process if they want to let you go. That way in line with the law, you can negotiate a good pay off...sometimes it can be a whole year's salary. The situation is different when it comes to footballers. Usually if the employer wants to rescind the contract, again you have to give your approval. Otherwise they have to pay off the rest of your contract. That is unless the reason for wish to terminate is based on gross misconduct. Either way, you'll still have to go through disciplinary process.

@sergelondon916 both goalkeepers came off their lines! Duty of referee to spot it but he didn't! He went the right way and saved three penalties! Sixth champions league and even sweeter beating juventus! Don't be too jealous
1
@sergelondon916 no, I'm saying he dived the right way and both keepers came off their lines! Duty of referee to tell them to retake! Fact is the tension was very high and the pens bar Del Pietro and birindelli were all guessed right by dida! He also made a monumentous save vs ajax in quarters and a brilliant save on obafemi in the semis!

@zanussidish8144 what?

@zanussidish8144 eh?

The presenter tells the story, and this stooge Koffee guy just repeats what she has already said. The moment they turn to him, I close the video.
