No English manager has ever won the premier league. If Lampard wasn't English, this rhetoric wouldn't be doing the rounds. He had more games than Villas Boas and Scolari combined and yet his record was still poorer. Scolari was a World Cup winner and he didn't even get half the games as Chelsea manager. Lampard's Chelsea conceded 67 goals last season. He wasn't good enough. move on.
