@tomsmith5782 That's fair enough. But you do it on the training ground. Lampard already has a task on his hands being put in as interim manager. What you want is to get the players to be on your side, instead of effectively feeding into a media narrative. That's never going to work well.

@notreal1477 That's not the point here. He should be readings them their rights in training. Do it f2f and behind closed doors instead of doing it right in front of the cameras. All that will do is get the players to think...well f you, you're only here for a few more months anyway.
