Their lack of diversity certainly doesn't represent the demographic! These people raped, pillaged, and stolen from all areas of the world! They also want to be recognized by the commonwealth! The only thing they've not taken is a bit of diversity! More than happy to help themselves to the riches, diamonds and wealth just not a bit of color! And remember, they're always very quick to remind us as to them being a working institution for the country! If you went into any working institution be it public or private and saw the same level of 'diversity' in the uk, you'd be a bit surprised given the demography of the country!

It is indeed a fair and credible argument to say that whilst he intended to kill a fellow criminal, he didn't actually intend to kill the real victim. HOWEVER. When you make the decision of shooting a gun into a house, the likelihood of someone being hurt, seriously injured or killed is very high. I personally don't think he will ever be allowed out. Not whilst he isn't admitting to what he did or even showing any remorse.
