All staff and volunteers had to be quarantined for a month and repeatedly tested before they can begin setting up the venues. Military guards and fencing Auth strict access controls. And then?... They had an outbreak in the venue BEFORE any athletes even arrived. And it was bar none the most strict protocol ever. So if they can't even keep covid out in that environment there's no hope you can control it in the general public. Yes you're right, the West messed up by participating in it. I'm glad you are taking the time to tell the truth
