@briandbeaudin9166 agreed. If the goal is to improve the country and well being of its people then what you say is correct. Too often the goal is to line the pockets of those in charge. So the more projects the better. It matters not if it fails or serves no purpose. Over the years there have been projects that they blew up before it was even open to the public. Where did all that money go? Take a look around the world... All those fancy mansions and exotic cars...
