  1. The title is misleading. It's not shocking. It's EXPECTED. Too many malls, too many shops. Too many unemployed / bankrupt / in debt / unpaid / housing bubble... Govt freeze / steal people's savings. Local govt hit people with unlawful tickets for any random things It's long long overdue.
