it's a fine car... as long as you don't drive it. So there's probably a market for people like that ...

They generally let people discuss things and air their grievances online ... as long as it doesn't go viral. The second whatever topic it is starts to trend, that's when the alarm is triggered and you and your post disappear.

Made in China isn't the problem. It's the relentless corner cutting and take their money and see if they'll notice mentality. I'm surprised the vloggers haven't been silenced

@cat-.- pretty sure given the size of the company the party holds golden shares
8
@Southernstar-RHINO they'll first issue an apology and then disappear

Yes, it's so safe that none of their govt officials have taken a ride on one LOL

Hold that thought. Apple might come back in one day.....

Amazing timing on the release of this video. After most of the little pinks have gone to sleep. Well, they'll wake up to a great day in a few hours and start putting out all kinds of crazy statements about how wonderful this car is etc etc. Stay Tuned!

@Deadguy2322forreal Yes! And it's not meant to suffocate the passengers. However, why were fluids leaking when a car is barely driven 300km?
4
@cabrelbeuk72 I'm not sure what your point is. Yamaha been doing music since 1887. Motorbike since 1955. Mi been doing cars since...? What's that? Also you can't compare the level of R&D and expertise of a top tier company to one whose main goal, the DNA, is to produce cheap stuff. I should know, I bought Xiaomi phones before. Looks good, works OK initially... Buy cheap, you buy twice.
3
@JonySmith-bb4gx that's the best you can come up with? Your whataboutism has failed miserably.
3
@JonySmith-bb4gx I do agree with you this video makes the car safer because sane people won't buy this car after watching this video!

@kylelibby2 while I have no doubts he pushed it too hard, but that's why I'm telling you the marketing has been pushing hard that it's a Porsche killer and his patriotism has blinded him. That being said I was making a point that there are playboys have been at these tracks for ages and this isn't just some regular vloggers. Bugatti, Mercedes, Porsche etc and owners clubs have been very active in Shanghai for a very long time. They won't have in depth knowledge like you do but certainly they should know enough to not lose control. However, the take away from this video is, this car is only skin deep. It only has form, not function. The suspension looks worst than your average family sedan!
2
@hokroeger sure buddy. That Wuling was made in partnership with GM (American car company!). It's not technically a car by world standards. It's cheap and easy to build and fix. That is a luxury if you have a low budget.. I don't think any luxury 4S store will sell that car!
2
@thorwaldjohanson2526 which is why big brands put their own expat staff on site to keep an eye on things.

these guys are much better drivers than you. Trust me. These guys in Shanghai have great knowledge of the tracks if you've ever been to one of their track days. These rich boys have been racing there for years in all kinds of exotic cars. The issue here is Mi has oversold itself and brainwashed everyone into thinking that it is able to produce a car that rivals a Porsche. And as you can see, the design and material is a joke. Those brake pads are lower quality than entry level Toyota looking at the total disintegration!!!
1
@abc2390986 this is typical of China. Safety is an afterthought. Lives are cheap.
1
@jurekgadzinowski2895 that's very true. But if the car is advertised as a super car with sub 3 second times like that, it's criminal to install brakes that can NOT supply that kind of stopping power. And if you listen to what the guy said, he used the brakes 15 times and it disintegrated!!! Tesla won't do that, Porsche won't do that
1
cuz he already tested those other cars!
1
@ytfanlingeric yes just like those who say going 150mph is the reason the brakes failed
1
@cat-.- there is on the book Financials and white glove Financials. I recommend you read the book Red Roulette by Desmond Shum. It'll open your eyes. It'll also give you clues as to why top officials can afford a billionaire lifestyle with a commoner's salary!
1
@g0d182 lol.. It is a track car... If you close your eyes
1
@JonySmith-bb4gx sure OK. So you know about driving cars in front of a screen! That's a big accomplishment. LOL.
1
@JohnJaneson mind you they also have their keyboard warriors overseas like in USA for example
1
@JohnJaneson you're funny. The CCP trolls are protected by First Amendment in USA regardless of the status of their residency

@JonySmith-bb4gx please, there's no need to share your own personal experience with us. What you do in your bedroom, we don't care. You already posted it on Bili
