  6. I AGREE! This is a perfect system. it reduces population, and destroys the economy. Which will help reduce unemployment, reduce over-all hunger from food shortage, water shortage... no need to invade Taiwan, and no need for evil USA to invade China. China will inflict self harm to please its neighbors India, Vietnam, Philippines etc.

If you starve out the people and the kids, implementing 3 child, 4 child, 10 child policy won't do anything. And just think, less population means less pollution, less demand for clean drinking water, less army to attack neighbors. It's a good thing overall
