You have to remember these are extremely paranoid individuals with an army of equally paranoid subordinates who will ensure everything they come close to is scrutinized and traced as there are always attempts at their life by disgruntled people and especially rivals

@marcosorduno9203 even the young workers buy imported food when it's not outrageously priced. They're aware of what's going on from local and international reports. However all bets are off when you go out to eat. Imported food is a CCP taxation because only those who are well connected have the limited import license. No matter how rich you are you cannot start an import business without connections.
