  3.  @PiDsPagePrototypes  sure except that for the most part, CCP is far more corrupt. And they can afford to do so because nobody can challenge their rules. In USA their corruption is limited by the need to get votes. So that explains why China's per capita GDP is amongst the lowest in the world. The trillions in trade surplus and world leading growth benefits only the top people while the rest gets 15%
