100% sure PLA has access to the latest AI chips. Look, if North Korea under the heaviest sanctions can still get access to all western goods, including importing Mercedez for Kim to cruise around in, there is zero doubt that China can get any tech it wants using white glove methods for their military.

@Chisobhaneko very true and yet despite copying from iPhone and Samsung, Huawei still don't have a decent video camera. Just look at all the top mainland vloggers, which they call big V. Look at photos of them lined up all over the streets doing their live streams... Which phones are they using? IPhone! Even while they're promoting Huawei! It's so sad and funny.
