  4. Early in Covid/Wuhan virus... Number of people discussed this. In China you can't function without a cell phone cuz of their tracking system and payment system. It was reported that the number of cell phone subscriptions dropped in large scale... Add that data point to official's relentless pursuit of good numbers.. And you're at an optimistic 1.2B people according to Japanese researchers.. Or likely below 1B if you look at all the deaths, immigrations, and closed and empty schools everywhere!
