  2.  @NanashiCAST  yup, this is the classic burning money to stay warm in the winter instead of cutting wood they're famous for doing. The world might laugh about tofu buildings, bridges, sinkhole roads, annual flooding. But all the officials see is rising GDP and a promotion!
