@lombardo141 actually lawsuit might not be that hard. Let's say the car was sold in USA and it burned down the house. The auto insurance will pay the home owner. Then it'll go after everyone from the dealership up to the distributer, importer... Somewhere along that chain, the manufacturer might be an investor or a subsidiary of the brand. Buying a car is very different from buying something off Amazon and shipped from China. In the case of Amazon, you can't sue the manufacturer. But cars are heavily regulated so it will be much easier to go after whoever is the representative company it is that imported it into your country. Obviously there's no feasible way of directly suing someone in CCPLand. That would be totally futile and more than likely to put the lawyer in Jail never to be seen again. HAHA

@lombardo141 CCP prints the money that subsidizes the EV producers. And we've seen enough BYD failures already. So go ahead and sell them globally. The lawyers are ready to put them out of business. LOL. By suing them you don't actually hurt the CCP elites. But once the companies lose enough money they will have no choice but to close.. Which then means CCP elites will have less money in their pockets. They're invisible share holders in most cases
