Biden doesn't have any fixed position on any issue he goes with whatever way the wind blows and like the wind his opinion could change in an instant. This is what happens when you don't have a moral compass. Joe is no longer fit to drive his own car yet the charade goes on. The elites make believe he is all there and say nothing. Why is this?
