  1. Your are confused the borders of the Ukraine were set during the time of the Soviet Union and on the thought that the Soviet Union would be around forever. That didn't happen those borders were not set on reality on the ground. With western interference there wasn't anyway Russia was going to agree to those borders.

  2. When the Soviet Union fell Russia wanted to join Nato. Russia wasn't permitted to join Nato as we needed an enemy. This an alliance looking for an enemy and they found one. What conceit so we should stay in Nato because they can't run their own affairs because they act like children? No wonder they hate us. They have massive social programs because we pay for their defense. Screw that out of Nato.
