That area has called the blood lands for a reason I am sure your aware part of Poland was swallowed up by Russia during WWII. Stalin had the amazing ability to have the minorities at each others throat he just loved moving people around and making things worse to keep the attention off of him and his actions. Then Khrushchev came along and made things worse by setting the borders of the Ukraine that did not reflect reality on the ground the Soviet Union collapsed and now the fight is on. The west didn't help matters at all they want war Russia is a convenient place to make money off of war and the Ukraine is a wonderful place to launder money as it is one of the most corrupt nations on earth.
