  1. Weather you want to hear it or not some of the layoffs are vital services. Finding fraud and getting rid of it is great but laying off the worker bees that actually do work is a mistake. Is he getting rid of the top bureaucracy that sabotage his first term? I doubt it. Knee jerk reaction from this administration or is it an excuse just to cut back all programs except the miltary and aid to every politicians favorite country?
