@joemosely9383 Saudi Arabia is the main one.

@rory6984 mutual respect doesn’t exist in geopolitics. China certainly doesn’t respect America or their neighbors in east Asia.

Not necessity. America is friends with Japan and Germany, who are numbers three and four economically.

It’s just a standard Mercator projection. There’s no such thing as an accurate map. You can’t project the surface of a sphere onto a 2d rectangle and not get distortions. Grow up.

Raising wages? Sounds like socialism to me.

@joemosely9383 oil. Sam reason we prop up a number of questionable states in the Middle East.

Vietnam is a US ally.
1
China was a rival long before Trump entered office.
1
As if China gives a shit about genocide.
1
@chocolatemonk China isn’t even the largest source of imported goods in the US. Canada and Mexico are. China is number three.
1
Russia is a dying power.
1
Vietnam is scared if growing Chinese power.
1
America and China are the two richest and most powerful.

United States will certainly still be a super power in 50 years. Same can’t be said for China. China is undergoing population shrinkage and economic shifts that will greatly impact them.
1
No. Russia is more aligned with China. On top of that Russia is directly hostile to American interests in Europe and the Middle East.
1
@jacklouie8096 you’re right. And China has not shown america any respect.
1
@izajahmed8863 you can’t raise wages and make cheaper products at the same time. And the entire world already buys American manufactured products.
1
@Qnexus7 ok? That doesn’t change a single thing I said.
1
China is falling faster. It’s economy is reliant on foreign exports and a large population. Thing is companies are moving production to other even cheaper countries in South Asia and Africa while China is under going population decline. America on the other hand still has a growing economy and population.
1
@tyalikanky Chinese workers are increasingly demanding higher pay. It’s why manufacturers are moving from China to South Asia.
1
@tyalikanky no it’s arguably worse for China.
1
We don’t control South East Asia. We’re supporting our Allies in East Asia who are being threatened by China.
1
Lol whatever dude
1
@joemosely9383 no the US isn’t the top oil producer in the world. The US doesn’t want volatility in the fossil fuels markets. Hence why they prop up these regimes to ensure stability, and that they don’t embargo the west again like in the 70’s.
