  10.  @ericborneo6592  yah that’s not how Federal laws work with machine guns. If you’re buying an unregistered/untaxed machine gun you’re committing a federal felony and if caught will spend a long ass time in federal prison.

  11.  @ericborneo6592  you did suggest that you could just buy a machine gun from a guy without having to go through the ATF and registering it in your name if it’s a private sale. That is false. Doing so is a federal crime. You also can’t make any new machine guns if you’re not a manufacturer, and you can’t just get an FFL to make them to make them for yourself. You have to be in the gun business. That’s a federal crime if you just make yourself a machine gun.
