He didn’t even arrest the people who just banned the traitorous parties for the course of the war.   52. Russians haven’t entered the cities yet. But there’s plenty of images of destroyed Russian convoys targeted by insurgents and Territorial Guard out there, and that’s essentially what they’re armed with.

  54. Eh Ukraine is a bit of a different case. The Russian drive to Kyiv was significant slowed down and in some cases even halted by the TDF, basically half way between the National Guard and the minutemen, who many cases had to use their own personal firearms, and still to this day are a significant factor in holding the like against the Russians.

  69. Ukraine isn’t Iraq. Baghdad was a lot farther from American military base than Kyiv is from Russian ones. The war isn’t over but don’t compare it to something it’s not. Anyway the Russians were expecting a quick victory.
