Assad have not used chemical weapons, actually there is evidence to the contrary, that the rebels jihads funded by the US used chemical weapons against civilians as a false flag attempt to try to sensibilize the international community, the intervention of the US in Syria is what created ISIS. Without Assad ISIS would be in power in Syria right know just like the Taliban has regained power in Afghanistan.
