  3.  DaddyStalin...  Brazil and Argentina have a good relationship both commercially and geopolitically, the only rivalry is in football which is not even that serious. I mean in the Euro finals there's probably more violent clashes between hooligans than between supporters of Brazil and Argentina in their last matches.

  4. I don't think you understand what Brics is. Also the Brics Development Bank already gave loans to different countries in the group to assist with projects in their respective countries, every year there're loans and payments being made. Brics is not like the EU, it's different but this doesn't means that there's no cooperation. Brazil for instance is starting to expand their electric engineering companies in South Africa to sell their products like transformers, etc, and expertise in hydroelectric power production to cooperate with South Africa and at same time also gain a new market. You probably doesn't even know that Brazil has this kind of capacity.
