@JitzyJT Probably a crime of passion, maybe the girl wanted to end the relationship or he discovered another person,etc. Unfortunately this type of crimes will become more common in USA because of the latino immigration, this types of crimes are more common in Latin America.

@kylejones7252 Do you know that our eyes are also not fully developed until 21 or 22 years old, but they are totally functional much before than this age? Do you know that people can have a fully functioning brain even if a part of it is missing? So this fact about brain development doesn't imply that people are unaware until they reach 26, this is bullshit, even more in relation to sexual activities which are more based on instinct than on pure rational calculation even for older adults.
