  1. I'm not defending the US healthcare system, but this ranking of the WHO is completely crap, they put Colombia on par with Sweden and Switzerland. Don't get me wrong, Colombia has made a lot of advances in their public health sector but they're still not on par with these countries health systems in most of the metrics that could be used. They also put Brazil bellow countries such as Pakistan, Yemen, Iraq, etc, which doesn't make any sense since Brazil has probably the best specialized public hospitals in Latin America. And they also put Cuba only one position behind the USA IoI So I would like to know what kind of criteria they used to make this ranking, because it's clearly not based on quality of the care alone.
