De Moraes has disregarded this law completely and wanted to ban entire profiles even if they're not committing any specific crime, just like an "anticipated censorship", and for everyone with a brain is clear that these bans are politically motivated. Elon is right for not obeying his orders, he's defending free speech and the political pluralism in Brazil. About the "lithium imperialism" accusation, Brazil is not that special when it comes to lithium, there many other countries that have larger reserves in the region, Musk really doesn't need Brazil to support his companies operation. Also China is already exploring lithium mining in Brazil, so I find it ironic that this lady talk about X and Elon possible influence in Brazil but she keeps quiet about China doing the same.
