  5. ​ @cat8324 There's absolutely a connection between gang and drug related violence and the number of femicides in a country, actually a high percentage of femicide in countries with gang problems is related directly to the gang conflict. I don't know any country that that has a very low homicide rate and don't have a gang issue, but has a very high femicide rate.

  9. You know that there is violent organized crime all over europe, right? From Italy and Netherlands, to Russia and Romenia. Actually the gangs and organized crime of eastern europe is probably the most vicious and violent of europe and one of the most dangerous in the world. There's many gruesome videos of their activities, you just have to search to see it.

  16.  @bayersbluebayoubioweapon8477  Maybe by the popular perception the Cartels of Mexico and Brazil are seem as more powerful and dangerous, but this is not true, even big cartels like the Sinaloa doesn't generate the same revenue as the Russian Mafia, the Camorra, or the Ndrangheta, and they can be just as ruthless as any cartel from Latin America. In relation to the Balkans in particular I don't know much about to talk, when I say eastern europe I'm referring specifically to Romania and Russia.
