This is because girls and women on general are better students than men, but this has nothing to do with mental abilities, having better grades and being a better student is not necessarily correlated with your measure of mental ability G or intelligence. This is why most of the girls who were good students when they were young fail to become truly innovative scientists and specialists in their fields.

But with quantity comes quality, you only have to be patient to select and to know how to use the algorithm to your advantage, for women the process is just much easier. For the average guy he has none of this benefits, neither the quantity nor the quality. If you're an average guy your only options are basically single mothers, obese women, or to try to "select" among the 6 responses you got in 6 months, so neither offer a great prospect to find a nice long term partner.

@verchojanskij With the ways society is geared today specially in rich western countries and the types of advantages women have in many sectors of life, it's really difficult to not be at least a little bit misogynistic and grow bitter with the state of affairs in the west.

By evolution women will be the pickier sex while men will try to shoot at the most opportunities. Men are actually the more "given" sex when it comes to relationships, their tastes are much more open and accommodating in relation to woman, there's even guys who likes fat and weird women, but you don't see women having fetishes with short, poor, balding men.

@rubenk8273 Yep, this is why I don't fell "sorry" for weird white guys in rich countries, because no matter how ugly you are your options are still much better than to be an ethnic or asian living in the west, a white guy even if he's rejected in his social circle can still go abroad or try many other routes to find a decent partner, many other guys from other ethnic groups don't have this luxury.

Yes, he is because this videos is very biased, there's ton of research showing that men are indeed smarter than women, and specially in the extreme of the intelligence distribution, in the region that could be considered the "genius" territory there's a significant over representation of males to females. This explain why the vast majority of the artistic and scientific geniuses in history have been men.

@rayflyers Yes, most of it is unwanted attention because it comes from guys you don't like, but once it comes from the right person it becomes something good and it's a paradise. Many men will go to their entire lives without having this feeling that even the ugliest women can get.

I don't think this is true, and it's actually more probable to be the opposite if we look at the evolutionary tendencies of men and women. Females in general are more social and less prone to be interested in things and to be individualistic explorers, so I think that the average women would be sadder to not have a love life and be completely alone than the average guy.

@cordiuwu Yep, this is even proved in babies, men are more interested in things, in objects and concepts, it's not a coincidence that autism is almost 3 times more prevalent in males. Women in general are more interested in people, in emotional loaded stuff, so it make sense that they will probably resent more being completely lonely not only without a partner but also childless.

@alissa8760 Women "creepiness" is just an euphemism for her not finding the guy attractive enough, "creepiness" only exists for ugly and weird men, for tall, attractive guys being creep is not even perceived as a bad thing, but as a daring, confident, and cute behavior. Creepiness in general is only an excuse women use to not engage with ugly and socially impaired men.
