@Ogasso Actually the murder rate per capita in Mexico is higher than in Brazil. And there're many reports of tourists being killed and beaten because of robberies in the country. So Mexico is not immune to this things. But the risk also depends to what place you go and your attitude.

@manupveloso I also never heard of such cases in the south of Brazil, which is part of the "Southern Cone", only in Rio de Janeiro especially. São Paulo even though is a big city doesn't have much cases like this, but they also receive a lot less tourists.

@cocoknows Also abortion has a snow ball effect, when you liberate from 3 months, it's basically impossible to avoid that late term abortions will be done as well. Even in advanced countries like Norway there's constant problems with doctors performing late term abortions in viable pregnancies, even if it's against the law, once it's decriminalized the 3 month period is never truly respected. In US in many states the law started allowing abortion up to 3 months, and know in this same states they're already performing abortions up to 9 months, like in NY, it's basically state sanctioned infanticide.
