@ZTanMURReneRs It's because they're richer and can afford more children easily, it's nothing do to with gender equality, for the contrary it was gender equality that created the problem to begin with. There's a direct causation impact on fertility rates when women are allowed to work and pursue education, and this is happening all over the world even in Africa.
