  1. Let's face it, SF is a sh*thole and best to be avoided. Sad, it used to be a great city to visit but now you'd have to pay me (a lot) to go. Until the crime & homelessness is cleaned up I expect rhe downward spiral to continue. Probably best to have another huge quake level the place, drive out the crime and rebuild from scratch.
