  1. Korean vehicles in general are a mixed lot in terms of reliability. Many go miles and miles with no problems. But there are a significant number that have serious issues ( drive train being one). Oil burners are also an issue. Imho it all comes down to quality control issues. I'll be sticking with vehicles made in Japan for the foreseeable future.
