T. Roosevelt is one my favorite figures in American history - all of history. I love his robustness. I admit I fell in love with his character in Caleb Carr's, "The Alienist". At least from the novel's perspective. The novel's depiction of his personality is accurate.

no it's bloody is what it is

@tottenhamhotspurish Russia is beautiful and mysterious.

this too

My sister met him at a General Electric convention based in the Electric City; he was rude and critical.
40
@tottenhamhotspurish Putting the blame on one group for societies' ills is evil.
30
the treasure at the end of the rainbow - you got the real message. Lot's of Russians tuned in to this one.
25
The statue of Tiberius at 4:54 looks cold even for a statue.
20
Olga was fierce. Her driving force was her love for her son.
19
@itsblitz4437 That's cute. He's not that relevant.
19
That;s what I meant!
13
Simon is funny; missed you guys. Chile is actually the fifth mostly Catholic nation; the first being Poland, 2. Ireland, 3. Portugal, 4. Brazil, 5. Chile. Interestingly, this also correlates to the order in which they suffered.
13
Hmm ... I'm not one for conspiracy theories; but i'm not so sure this is coincidental.
12
Indeed. ... of his own making.
12
I have to agree with you. It encourages the opening of mind and/or possibilities forward without compromising the integrity of the truth - the material or evidence
12
@BSKX17 this is better.
11
Finally, Bismarck. There are going to be many people very pleased. i did not know anything about him. Thanks!
10
older, also. The Soviet did bring Russia up to standard, at the price of so much suffering. The numbers of suffering was staggering

They are such a beautiful physical and character-wise people and nation. Perhaps it is the topography that makes them so hardy and resilient while shielding them from outside influences for better and worse.

@romelnegut2005 I agree, Romel; but, really where else was he going to go and not get arrested. I just wonder with Putin being pals with Trump, why Snowden hasn't "come up".
8
@StephenButlerOne lol
8
I respect your profound fart analogy. BTW, great idea. How about Panama Canal?
8
Simon's accent is very eloquent. He is articulate.
7
Simon, you are a gem. Good video.
7
Mengele of the East
7
that is so I-don't-know-what but, you have to laugh and be grateful it wasn't your uncle and then look at Uncle Bob with a less slanted eye. If grandma's have so little faith in us I don't know how we have come this far.
7
@PeterGregoryKelly Maybe it's the nature of that land. I can see the parallels to the US and China.

These "visions" would most likely eventually be considered by the Roman Catholic Church locutions - in essence, internal "voices". After an investigative "process" she would be declared Saint Florence Nightingale and maybe depending on her cultural following would be depicted in art, icon with a lamp probably. BTW, great work on the advertisement, Bio team.

Bravo!
6
@delfin7461 I have to agree. Also, yes I agree Russia is beautiful - Tragically and painfully beautiful.
6
I understand you have your own good reason for not wanting your own BioGraphics. You are an inspiration to me and I see to many others.
5
Yes. He was a good one. It is a shame what happened to him.

They explain who they're talking about. Simon apologizes beforehand. A good question would be why people care about trifles and miss the heart of a topic in doing so. Tom Rhodes, I think they've done a great job in describing Aristotle. The fact you don't agree doesn't affect the integrity of the truth which they have maintained. There is good form as well as good meaning. unknown user I hear many accents. I need to stop and listen so I could hear if someone has an accent; and if they do where from especially the UK including Australia. Simon's accent is perfect. It is eloquent and delicate. I wouldn't know what part of the UK speaks it that way. I like it.

@bambambigelowlove5307 ooh twist

@saguntum-iberian-greekkons7014 yes. We are deciding who's worse Stalin or Vlad The Impaler. WHO WON!!!

He was extremely funny. It was merciful and sweet what you say at the end. I do feel sometimes that he went into very dark places or states. He indeed made me laugh.
4
That last comment "If he had been treated better, he wouldn't have killed." is annoying. He was savvy enough for local politics, baited the pharmacist and others including the childrens' parents and police. "...but, poor John Gacy, he got beat like many others and got his ego bruised. " It must be the same kind of logic that gets you into local politics because of your sex parties. God bless your mercy for him, though. I wish I had as much. people feel sorry for the other one the genius giant, Ed Kemper.

He treated his wife deplorably. Confessions are sacred; however, the priest might suggest and encourage doing the 'right thing' in order to overcome the shortfall. It seems Hanssen because of grievances created in his own mind did it out of spite.
4
Everyone knows about Trotsky, although, sometimes TopTenz has a way of bringing little known facts to surface.
4
Haber has what many people who contribute to society. I don't know if it's a syndrome or what. Picasso was a bad family man as was Gauguin left his wife, five children and banker job to go to Tahiti and paint - which I think is some of his most fantastic work, and there are more current examples as well. He was a terrible father, an even more terrible husband and a terrible Jew. Basically, he was (can I say this?) a crappy person. He saved people from starvation to this day so I think the Nobel Prize was deserved.
3
Ooh Coco Chanel, TopTenz, sassy. I pray for all the French people in Paris, though.
3
Never heard of this dude. Interesting.
3
Even us Americans recognize.
3
It's true about the lipstick. When the economy is down, lipstick sales are up. It makes you feel better, too. 💄

Great video! I am so fascinated by Russia: the sheer amount of people, the variety of rich cultures, Siberia, and the hardy spirit of the people. The Russian were holding back Napoleon via women literally chasing them his troops with pitchforks! But the best part of Russia is Gorbi (M. Gorbachev)
3
You look good, Simon.
3
pretty cool telegrams were priced by the number of letters or words or lines
3
@Hairless Wookiee How is he doing so far?
3
It does sound better and more MadDoggish. :)
3
He was interesting. I requested a BioGraphics on him, also.
