  2. China will buy, so Trump wins. That's win-win. It's that simple. China must win first though because tariffs can be put back in place, purchases are final. Trump can also put back the tariffs after they've been lifted and after China made the purchase. Therefor there can be no deal, and that's the final answer. You can't make deal with a blackmailer.
