  1. LOL !!! USA threatened 10% tariff and the RMB devaluated 9%. The net result is near zero. Now USA may increase the tariffs to 25%, and the RMB may devaluate 24%. Again, the net result is near zero. Try 50%, 100%, 200%, 600%. The same near zero net result. That is if USA indeed can levy these amount of tariffs without the total collapse of the US economy. At the end of the day, tariffs will not help USA. The US trade deficit with China will get worse and worse, not better, and so is the job situation in USA. USA cannot afford to produce as inexpensively and as high quality as China has been doing for decades. The only way to help USA is to lift all tariffs and beg China to buy more US imports by loosening US export restrictions. It's that simple. May the love and the peace of Jesus be with us.
