Dotard Trump right away indicated that he would free her if it would help make a trade deal with China. Right there and then Canada should free her and apologise because it has become obvious that the extraditing request was politically motivated and not a legal process since she has never been charged, let alone convicted of a crime in Canada or in the US. Furthermore, in 2014 and 2015 there was no sanction against Iran both by the US and the UN. The sanctions were re-instated unilaterally by the US after this crazy dotard Trump pulled out of the Iran deal. I fail to understand how people do not inform themselves before commenting. Regardless of any extradition agreement, Canada cannot extradite Ms. Meng the moment this crazy dotard POTUS said he would free her if it would help secure a trade deal with China.
