  3. @Dave Smith What about these Republican Senate candidates ? None of them has declared president elect. There is also no case in court that says they were fraudulently elected. But there are cases in court regarding the election fraud committed by the Biden team. Biden needs to at least respect the court and wait for the decision by the electoral college which is not mandatorily required to follow the vote counts. It would be reasonable for the electoral college to decide whether or not to consider the late mail in votes as legal votes or illegal votes with their own conscience. If Biden has any reason to doubt the votes, he can challenge them in court also, Trump is exercising his right as permitted by law to challenge these election vote counts that he believed are fraudulent. And he has plenty of evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. So it is up to the court, not the stupid media. It is criminal offense for the media to be saying over and over again that Trump has no evidence of election fraud. The court will decide on the evidence, not the media and their fake news reporting.
