No one jump out of tall buildings yet, no riot, no mass shooting, no mass suicide, no martial law, no curfew. Wait till the main feature and we will see if we are prepared. China was prepared. They have zero new case now, and medics who come from all the country to Wuhan is now returning home to their loved ones they haven't seen for weeks. They are not slowing down the building of hospitals and making more equipment and supplies. Why ? They have excess that they donate to other countries in need. In China, they count votes too but votes of party members, not ignorant people like you and I. Any party decisions have been studied by professionals, debated thoroughly, before they are voted on.
