You don't get a whole pig for free. You get your pig back at a rate that you can consume without wasting it.

@Croatlik No its a rational fact. A "free pig" would mean you end up with 2 of them. You aren't "gifting" it, you are paying into the social contract that makes you entitled to draw an equivalent benefit. Saying you get a free pig after giving yours away is the same fallacy and stupidity like "free healthcare".

@Watchingyoutube11111 I explained that in my last response. All human relationships are transactional.

@@fyaunzaun Still not free no matter how you try to rationalize.

@thoughtsuponatime847 That is kind of the opposite exaggeration. He did alter the historical path of pretty much all of Eurasia. Like the "Mothra" of butterfly effects.

@olivercharles2930 Are the words too big for you?

He really wasn't a very nice person, but he lived in a time that wasn't very nice. LIkewise "Christopher Columbus" wasn't and his achievements led to untold misery. But up until recently he was venerated in the US until our national narrative expanded to include the people that lost out. Might drink some fermented horse milk in honor of ol' Gengie this March.

@GoErikTheRed You win dumbest toxic post of the morning.

@MCDreng No it is very apparent that many people think that it is "free". As in if they think they can free ride on others paying into it.

He did leave a mark on history, vastly outsized for the resources he started with. But the Mongol Empire was just one of many in world history. He did not really change the course of all of human history.
