@10:00 This is a false premise. Real estate is already highly liquid, especially for property that is desirable and appreciating. And that is the objective here. From the developers, who are massively increasing the value of the property by putting a tall building on it, to those who buy the units and leave it vacant. As long as it is increasing in value, its achieving its purpose as investments. @21:00 The people not paying "fair" taxes on luxury property are paying people to work on, in, and for those properties, and this is taxed to a far greater amount than what could be squeezed out of a property tax or or any kind of punitive fee or taxes. This would/does nothing but drive those wealthy individuals and and investors to other locations and so that region misses out completely.

Shit writing and terrible fact checking. Not "the harshest environment know to man". The Argus nuclear tests were not "in the region" and were not on Antarctica as implied. They were launched from the S. Atlantic into space and detonated over the equator. Stopped watching after this.

Reprocess it. This is stupid beyond belief. In a hundred (or a thousand or ten thousand) they will be digging this stuff up to get the still valuable fuel and other products and will be baffled about why we went to so much expense to throw it away.

@viktor1496 You have no idea what applications those materials will have in the future or how valuable they will be. 200 years ago most of them were completely unknown. Try to look past your own small place in time.
