  1. It would be a non-starter in any real court of law. "Intent" as in homicide/murder, requires premeditation. They would need to prove that Israel intended and planned to attempt to destroy the civilian population of not just Gaza, but the entire ethnic/genotype of "Palestinians" (which is not a thing). Of course Israel has not done that. They have been callous towards Palestinian civilian casualties and death. But there has been no intent to annihilate the population. In fact Israel has taken actions to limit it, within the limits that they are trying to dig out a hostile force that chooses to hide behind that population. Its total kabuki theatre, by international figures who have latched on to and make their coin off of "#support Palestine". From Jeremy Corbyn to the Houthi puppets.

  2.  @DarkPortall  Then you would have to include all the Southern Lebanese of Arab decent. Likewise Western Syrian, Jordanian, and Egyptian Bedouin. Notice how none of those governments seem keen on carving out a "Palestine" from their territory either...
