Both Iraq and Syria are the IRGC's bitches, so its not like they are going to go to war with Iran over it even if their citizens were killed by it. This was just a response to the terror bombing at Nucktynuks ceremony, which were related to the intercine Sunni-Shia conflict, and not related to the Arab-Israeli one that Iran has decided to stick its nose into. Dispite how much they try to spin it that way.
