  1. Video is rather mislabeled. Its more vegetarianism in Hellenic and Roman philosophy, not cultures. Don't conflate the two. Ancient societies most definitely were not vegan. Philosophical schools and even the religious cults, would be tiny "fringe" behaviors and beliefs. Most people didn't have the luxury of being able to have a limited diet.
