  1.  @miketyson9540  Home invasions are targeted. They definitely don't pick random apartments on a split level. Maybe it was a hit, maybe he has a fancy car that made him a mark, but they aren't random.

  8.  @nikushim6665  I think you are. His defense is going to be "castle doctrine", but that isn't completely a get out of jail free card, it still requires reasonableness. And unloading a gun into the neighbor's apt. against morons being held out by a steel door an't.
