You are showing the time slice of the STL ship from the relative ST diagram of Earth and ignoring that the ship would not perceive those separate events out of causality sequence because that information only propagates at the SOL. A FTL transmission (instantaneous or not) do not conform to relativistic effects, they would not be bent on a time slice. They would always propagate "forward" on the timeline.
