  4.  @MrDubyadee1  I'm sure if you got SWATed because you own a drone (this has happened) or the police/military (hard to tell the two apart sometimes today) used "extrajudicial force" on you or your family, you might change your mind. You are making the same mistake to CC is. Presuming that these are some bad actor. It would be dumb for a foreign service to do something like this. It doesn't collect any useful intel, and it annoys Uncle Sam and invites retaliation an lengthy prison sentences. So that leaves an elaborate prank, or the government playing games (ie testing). Neither of which needs for Constitutional rights to be trampled on any further than they already are. Still your easily frightened heart.

By your "logic" you also don't have a right to own any firearms that aren't muzzle loading, drive a car, etc. etc. It is already prohibited and illegal to violate government property. The DoD has its own police force to enforce that. You have no idea what you are blathering about.
