Not really.

@jessegreenwood1956 Rockets are not recoilless rifles. Go look up the difference.
2
@miriamweller812 lol We got ourselves a minitary genus here...
2
Hand held depth charge launcher. lol.
2
@2:05 Nothing at all could go wrong here. lol Hard to believe those would feed properly in an AK. Kind like a dumber even slower to make equivalent of a "dum-dum" bullet. Just shows how pathetic the Russian army is at adapting to the threat environment in Ukraine if guys are hand loading their own. Funny thing is, the Soviets produced an AK in .410 shotgun for its border troops. Known commercially as the Saiga 410. You'd think they'd still have these in inventory.

Not very efficient since you would have to double the propellant and reaction mass, along with the chamber strength to match the penetration of even any kind of chemical warhead much less a kinetic one. I guess Starstreak is kinda like that with its really go-fast darts, but it only has to worry about poking holes in light aircraft not AFVs.

Nah. Its some sorry Ivan's ticket out of Ukraine and a lifetime of disability payments from Pootin.
1
This is a 3D printed copy of the "toe popper" mines that have been used since WWII. Both sides started the war with millions and US is supplying a few million of fancy ones that have a self inerting function.
1
More like a low budget Mad Max movie.

They are probably barrels for some 40mm AGL. They aren't for a Mk19. The walls are far to thick. Maybe a helicopter gunship AGL? The mortar is probably ancient, might even date to WWI. Who knows, those guys might not even know. Ukraine has so much random stuff having had Soviet design and production facilities and had so much random hardware donated to it.

Kornet doesn't just require the missile (which is quite heavy) but the controller launcher (which is very heavy).
1
@trololoev That is false and not how YT works. If you watch nothing but Russian propaganda YT will force-feed you Putin's shit all day long.
1
@RyTrapp0 The OP is wrong. That isn't why.
1
@ОлекЛис BMP-2s don't carry an APS so I'm not sure what your point is.
1
Yes. They apparently aren't aware that you don't get to respawn iRL.
1
Some lvl II flack vest.
1
Almost surely former German.
1
Well, they will need to work thru about a century's worth of Ruzzian war crimes first before getting to the Ukrainian ones.
1
Two years on and this is the best the Russians can come up with? And you have to buy it yourself? The US would have issued pump shotguns onmass within 6 months. Funny thing is the USSR had a AK chambered in .410 that it issued to the Border Police that would have been perfect for this role.

@BackyardDogPark9862 Take your pills.
1
@berryreading4809 You presume much.
1
@philmcclenaghan7056 Its not OBVIOUSLY because you don't fucking know and you obviously don't know shit about UXO or the limitations of 3D printing. I never wrote "with precision". Dropping them from "a height" or from "a speed" as in like a regular drone drop or kamikaze will most likely either bust them or make them go off on impact.
1
Imagine writing all this dumb shit.
1
@gamingrex2930 Luckily its untrue.
1
@toututu2993 Flying is much easier than navigating on the ground. A UGV can carry a far larger payload. etc.
1
@toututu2993 Your post makes no sense at all.
1
The Germans and Soviets made glass mines in WWII that used chemicals to initiate instead of metal.
1
When you have a bunch of citizen soldier who are pissed off and have time on their hands.
1
@SueMyChin Not its not.
1
@SueMyChin Just because you fly toy drones does not mean you know what you are talking about. Do you normally fly your drone into things or try to hover over them at a few meters to drop something into a hole? Being able to shoot at something means you are still dipping low, plus there is the reflectance interference when approaching a solid object, so your premise is wrong on that count alone. Jammers work under the inverse square law. The closer you get the more it overwhelms the drone's transceiver. The Russians (and Ukrainians) are fielding ever more powerful jammers which is making kamakzi FPVs not effective because they are losing signal far enough out that they can't rely on the path at LoS to carry them into the targets anymore.

@daviddavidson2357 Guess what there is a lot of outside? PLA is also susceptible to UV degradation. And no, you also don't understand the mechanism by which this fuse functions.
1
@daviddavidson2357 Wrong. Crushing a primer won't do anything. But you get a Dunning-Kruger for your posts with extra stupid for your pedantry.
1
@daviddavidson2357 Take your pills..

The IEDs. They fly now. /SW meme
1
@vanjamenadzer I guess you haven't seen the video yet. Spoiler: No they don't.
1
Does it have "soft launch"? It doesn't have much signature or back-blast.
1
Quality control by Imshalah no doubt.
1
That's the most Slavic thing I've seen in... a least a couple of hours.

@jmkhenka lol.
